Online Shopping Delivery Service – Terms & Conditions

• Customers with purchases of HK$800 or above (with purchases of HK$1,200 or above at Super Sale, Mid-Season Clearance and Winter Special Sale period) in Wing On NETshop can enjoy free delivery service.
• For purchase amount less than HK$800 (less than HK$1,200 at Super Sale, Mid-Season Clearance, Winter Special Sale period), delivery service can be charged at HK$100 per destination.
• Delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Outlying islands are not applicable (Expect Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay).
• If customer requires delivery service to Ma Wan, Tung Chung District and Discovery Bay, an extra delivery fee of HK$80 is charged for each destination regardless of the amount of purchase.
• In case where an item to be delivered cannot fit in a lift or be transported by the lift, or no lift is available for goods delivery, an extra delivery fee of HK$30 per floor is charged in addition to any applicable delivery charges listed above.
• Delivery service already scheduled shall not be available when typhoon signal No. 8 or above or when rainstorm warning signal black is hoisted, or in the event of force majeure. An alternative delivery date shall be arranged.

• Under the lawof Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor inthe course of business. If the delivery includes alcohol or any items which may not be delivered to a minor, a person who is over the age of 18 with appropriate identification shall be present to take delivery of the items concerned. If such a person is not available to take delivery, delivery shall be attempted at another time and Wing On will charge an additional delivery fee HK$100.

• Delivery note is requested to be signed during the delivery service. If no one accepts the delivery at the appointed delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, our delivery staff will leave a delivery message card. Please contact our Delivery Centre during office hours for self-pickup or arrangement of re-delivery at HK$100 per destination. • All goods consigned for delivery service must be collected within 3 months (from the date of the order being signed). Wing On shall reserve the right to discard, dispose and/or donate the undelivered goods after the aforementioned period without prior notice.
• Delivery to postal box or hotel is not accepted.

Delivery and Processing Time

• Wing On NETshop will send an Order Notification to customer via email after payment received. 
• Our delivery centre will contact customers for the arrangement of delivery within 5-7 working days (within 2-3 weeks during Super Sale, Mid-Season Clearance, Winter Special Sale period) after payment received.
• Wing On NETshop office hours: Monday to Friday (9:15am – 6:00pm). Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
• Orders received after office hours will be processed on the next business day.
• The delivery arrangement of Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay is as follows:
  -Ma Wan(Every Monday)
  -Tung Chung (Every Thursday)
  -Discovery Bay(Every Monday and Thursday)

Stores Delivery Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Except for the terms and conditions (Clauses 2 to 7) hereinafter provided and purchases from selected concession counters, customer with purchase of HK$800 or above can enjoy free delivery service.
2. During the Super Sale, Mid-Season Clearance and Special X’mas Clearance periods, customer with purchase of HK$1,200 or above can enjoy free delivery service.
3. For purchase amount less than HK$800 (HK$1,200 during Super Sale, Mid-Season Clearance and Special X’mas Clearance periods),delivery service can be provided at HK$100 per destination.
4. No free delivery service is provided to all outlying islands. If customer requires delivery service to Ma Wan, Tung Chung District and Discovery Bay, a delivery fee of HK$80 per destination is charged.
5. If no one accepts the delivery at the appointed delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, our delivery staff will leave a delivery message card. Please contact our Delivery Centre during office hours for self-pickup or arrangement of re-delivery at HK$100 per destination. 6. In case where an item to be delivered cannot fit in a lift or be transported by the lift, or no lift is available for goods delivery, which will require our delivery staff to walk up the stairs, an extra delivery fee of HK$30 per floor is charged in addition to any applicable delivery charges listed above.
7. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, or in the event of force majeure. An alternative delivery date will be arranged.
8. Your personal data collected will be solely used for the purpose of the delivery service and the treatment of such data will comply with the Personal Data (Privacy)(Amendment) Ordinance 2012.
9. All goods consigned for delivery service must be collected within 3 months (from the date of the order being signed). The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited shall reserve the right to discard,dispose and/or donate the undelivered goods after the aforementioned period without prior notice.
10. Should there be any dispute, the decision of The Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
