When to use it?
Well known to promote fast relief of painful symptoms from knocks, falls, bruises, sprains, strains, torn tendons, muscular aches and pains and stiffness as a result of sports injuries or general everyday activities.

When not to use it?
Do not use on open wounds.
Do not use products containing menthol whilst using Natural Aid products as it may affect the action of our active ingredients.

How to use it?
Apply 3-4 times daily by gently massaging into affected area. Most relief is obtained by applying immediately after injuring oneself.
Wash hands before and after using cream and avoid rubbing eyes whilst applying cream as it may cause some discomfort.

Storage
Keep out of direct sun.
Store at room temperature between 20C to 25C (68F to 77F).

Ingredients:
Arnica, Hypericum, Ruta, Calendula, Symphytum, Rhus, Hamamelis, Bellis Perennis
Arnica: well known for its medicinal uses to soothe muscle aches, reduce inflammation and heal wounds.
Hypericum: Commonly known as St Johns Wort, it is used to relieve the pain of injuries to areas rich in nerve endings.
Ruta: Is used wherever joints and tendons need healing and support. It is known to relieve and strengthen and stabilize joints after sprains.
Calendula: A world renown healing ingredient that stimulates the growth of epithelial cells, actively working on the affected site until wound is healed.
Symphytum: Used for injuries to bones, cartilage, ligaments and tendons.
Rhus: is valuable in easing stiffness of joints with tearing pains, redness, swelling and sprains.
Hamamelis: is used for very sore muscles and joints where limbs are extremely weary.
Bellis Perennis: is for deep soft tissue injuries. It is useful for sprains and bruises and remote effects of blows, falls and accidents.
