Floor Manager (FM/Store-03/24/WON)

• Diploma/Degree holder with 5 years of retail shop supervisory experience
• Capable to discipline, manage, coach & control 30 front-line staff and store inventory
• Mature, independent, proactive and possess good communication skills
• Computer literate, simple input & able to interpret POS inventory systems reports
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Shift duty is required
• The successful candidate will be required to undergo a 8-month's training
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Floor Manager Trainee
