Online Shopping Return and Exchange Policy


  • Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are required to email us or contact our Customer Service Hotline at (852)2318-2455 for product return and exchange arrangement.
  • Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.
  • Inner wear, socks, hosiery and swimwear will not be accepted for return and exchange for hygienic reasons.
  • Customers are required to present the original sales invoice and credit card used for payment upon returning the goods in person, to any of our outlets (except Discovery Bay) in exchange for a new item of the same model. A third party requests will not be entertained
  • For case where original receipt cannot be provided, the refund price will be set according to the Wing On’s lowest retail price on record. If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, customers can choose any products from this site and pay the price difference only.
  • Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in “like new” condition in strict conformance with the basic return criteria above, the purchase price will be credited to the payment tool used for the original purchase.
  • All gift items (including Cash Coupon(s), Cash Discount Coupon(s)) must be returned together with the returned goods; otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from refund.
  • Wing On reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Should there be any dispute, Wing On’s decision shall be final.

  • Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.
  • Inner wear, socks, hosiery and swimwear will not be accepted for return and exchange for hygienic reasons.
  • Customers are required to present the original sales invoice upon returning the goods.
  • If customers cannot present the original sales invoice, the value of the returned goods will be based on the Company's lowest retail price on record.
  • Customers can choose to exchange the returned goods for other products immediately or obtain a "Goods Exchange Certificate" for future purchases. The "Goods Exchange Certificate" is valid for 31 days from the date of issue and is good for purchasing goods only and is not exchangeable for cash.
  • All gift items (including Cash Coupon(s), Cash Discount Coupon(s)) must be returned together with the returned goods; otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from refund.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Should there be any dispute, the Company's decision shall be final.
